Staff was friendly and helpful, but hard to reach at times. We tried out a product but decided not to proceed with the purchase and I returned them to the Cheyenne office. This was in March of 23. After spending much time on the phone with a debt collector, turns out Cowboy Hearing has kept the money from our credit application and hasn’t initiated a refund, nearly 10 months later.
