Smart and efficient great service
I have worked on several properties I purchased over the last several years with Kim Coward and I believe she is the finest real estate attorney I have ever worked with. She has handled some real goofy things for me and each time I felt that I received timely, accurate advice and counsel from her. I would never consider dealing with anyone else concerning NC property matters.
Bad experience. Very nice folks, but mistakes were made on paperwork and MONTHS for a property transfer is a little extreme.
