We requested this trucking company to provide a container on January 2 and completed all required paperwork, including credit applications, on January 23. The container was never delivered. When we followed up, the company owner simply told us to look for another carrier. This response shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you need a reliable and responsible trucking company that honors commitments, avoid this one.
Worst attitude, they take advantage of owner operators because they have their own trucks/drivers.
