I have done three closings with David Cowan and it's always a pleasure to work with his office. They are professional, efficient, and take a genuine interest in making sure all parties are properly informed and understand the myriad of documents used in real estate. Love these folks! They handled the closing in 2023 for the cabin that my wife and I purchased in Cherokee County. It was a smooth and pleasurable experience. After my wife passed away in late-2024, Cowan & Cowan was the logical choice for me when it came time to have the deed changed to remove my late wife's name and to add another family member.
