Hannah was SO NICE and helpful in scheduling me today.
It seems like if you are not a personal friend of someone you get forgotten. I waited for 30 minutes for an injection only, and was told that they would be coming for me. I didn't have time to wait for an appointment that was already passed on time and walked out. I will be getting another doctor.
I've had to take my mom here for appointments. It seems like things are going well and you're being listened to, but when you call for followup they are terrible. They say that they've called and they haven't, they say paperwork and prescriptions will be ready and they aren't. It's a fight to get them to follow through with their job. When you try to follow-up via a phone call to the office, Nurse Denise treats you like an inconvenience speaking in clipped words and harsh tones. Absolutely terrible. Find anyone else.
