I am sharing my experience so others are aware. I paid Covington Signs in Abita Springs, Louisiana, full upfront, but the service I paid for was never provided. Although I did receive a refund for the board that was bought and returned to supplier, I did not receive a refund from Covington Signs for services not rendered on printing and cutting on the board.
