I called yesterday morning on August 4, 2021 and the assistant was very polite and kind and answered my questions, but this morning of August 5, 2021 the assistant that answered the phone was very ghetto and unprofessional. You could tell from how she talked she completely hates her job. It just turned me off. Please hire people like the first young lady I talked to.
