Awesome service…Paul is great!
Got behind on my payment! Could not use my credit card to pay balance up to date. Would not take partial payment. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Manager very unprofessional and has no customer service skills!
Avoid this company if at all possible. I submitted an online application and was approved for $8k. I was told I’d be contacted by a representative the next day to finalize the details. I was contacted the next day, but then was required to give basic info I had already provided on my application. And asking how much I was looking to borrow. I needed a repair on my car urgently to get it back up and running and Paul helped me out! Rates are low and the payments have been manageable and im able to use my car again!
