I love the fact that when I call, they are willing to work to get what I need. They also agreed to wait on me after hours for me to be able to come by after my work closes. Great customer service. Thank you ladies!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT AFTER HAVING A VERY LONG HISTORY WITH YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT 19 JUNE AS A LEGITIMATE HOLIDAY AS DECLARED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES . ?????? YOUR BUSINESS GENERATES A LARGE AMOUNT OF INCOME FROM AFRICAN AMERICANS BY VERY DILIGENT, HARD WORKING BLACK FEMALES AT YOUR BRANCH OFFICE.YET YOU FAIL TO RECONIZE THEIR HERITAGE. THEREFORE I CAN NO LONGER SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS. I WILL ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.....

I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa today, asking to open a second loan because I am in need. Although the company themselves denied it, from my past payment history, I was given a not so pleasant tone over the phone. I was respectful, upbeat even after getting denied. Before she finished “Thank y…” I heard the call end. Once she answered and I gave my name, her whole tone changed!
