The white male manager is one the nastiest, rudest and despicable persons I have ever dealt with professionally. He is so arragent he may even feel these are complements. I paid my bill every month though admittedly not on time, but every month. He attempted to pressure me to renew my loan every month. i applied for a loan at Covington credit and they said i had to have credit insurance in order to borrow the money. I was in a bind so i signed it. I don't know if its legal for them to have you buy this insurance or not but i'm going to check it out.

covington credit sent me a check in mail november last year for $605 it was to be paid $91 a month until aug 21 2014.. i cashed the check and paid them every month.. I lost my job so the next to last payment i went to borrow $400 and they just about wanted my dna to borrow $.. why would they send checks out to people without knowing them and then see that person pays everytime on time then when this customer decides to borrow more then they get treated like some outsider they dont know... RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL – I have a loan and I have to go to the hospital this month and I explained to the manager or tried to and she went to her supervisor who was in the local office and whispered something to him. He came to the counter with my contract and shoved it in my face and said either I pay now or he was going to repo everything I have mortaged right then. Unprofessional – DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! I have a good friend who took a loan with them and they called me and proceeded to tell me this person's loan was in default! How rude they are! Ask for the person but don't expose their business for everyone to know. Cheesy operation, low class employees also!

Covington credit is a bunch of RUDE WOMEN!! – I applied for a loan from these women today. I was told they would get back to me in an hour. Since I was about to leave the house, I called them back at about 10 minutes before that "hour" to check on the progress.
