Amazing customer service
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Covington Credit due to the behavior of Valerie, the assistant manager. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone was rude, dismissive, and condescending. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead I felt belittled and talked down to.
