Use to have great customer service until I called to check about renewal been in business with them since (2007)store in newport first opened and shut down and never missed a payment never been late then I called about renewing and the guy that works there were friendly at first then I called to check on progress and as was on phone heard them talking shit and belittling and downgrading a customer assume they thought phone was muted but unfortunately for them wasnt not kind of ppl I intend on continuing buisness with so im g... read more
