I love this branch and I have to say that I wish I had never moved to Johnson City because I hated to leave the folks here and transfer my loan account. Everytime I walked into the store they knew me by name and were friendly but also efficient in taking my payments or helping me with any questions I had. I never felt pressured to renew my loan when I didn't want to and if I needed a little more time to make a payment they worked with me and were flexible.
