I've been recovering from a stroke and needed a little help with the day to day expenses. Ive only had professional and courteous interactions with the staff. I read some of the 1 star reviews and most are devoid of the pertinent information that would support their claims. Sometimes things don't work out, that's not a reason to leave a negative review. Not very helpful we purchased a wedding ring it was to big we needed a size 5 got a 9 size. Took it to be sized and lost all the diamonds more than once. And they told us to take our business someplace else. With all the extra gold that they got, they still charged us to size it to the right size
