The absolute worst bunch of untrained individuals I have ever seen in my life. Nurses who are about as knowledgeable as used toilet paper, and do not want yo answer questions. CNA's sitting in the hallways talking about patients and their families, and not in a positive light. When a nurse walks in to visit a resident in the facility and has to instruct the physical therapists on how to do his job, you have an issue. My Mom was there for 4weeks and the team that worked with her was awesome...Very caring and loving staff..Than you all for what you do..
