Every time we bring them a new idea (whether it’s a custom headboard, reupholstered furniture, or banquette seating) they completely nail it. They’re great at communicating throughout the process, and the finished product always impresses our clients. We truly couldn’t recommend them more!
I’ve used this company twice based on a recommendation from a neighbor who had a couch reupholstered. I am thrilled with how the love seat came out. The workmanship is tight and perfect, like new. Pre pandemic I had 2 French styled chairs redone and they came out amazing and still look great. Susan who helped me select fabrics, is knowledgeable and just a great person. I’ve recommended this company to others and they are just as happy.
My wife ordered these seat covers. When I started to install the covers, I noticed that the instructions didn't match the seat covers. There are no straps to secure to seat. Only pieces of string you are expected to knot together. It says don't pull strings too hard or they will break.Then, they expect you to cut holes in the covers with scissors to install headrests. Now, they are charging her a restocking fee.Don't put yourself through this, order from CoverKing and get a much better cover. Read the BBB reviews.
