I have been trying to contact the person who installed my Hunter Douglas blinds for a long time. Finally I gave up and went into Covers to see if they could help point me in the right direction. Luckily for me the wonderful Dottie came to my rescue. She immediately contacted Hunter Douglas and within days, as she promised, I had a reply. My blind is going to be repaired. Dottie you gave me great information and got the job done! I can’t thank you enough. I am now converted to being a Covers customer.

I went into Covers and had the great fortune of meeting Dottie, who was able to troubleshoot and help me resolve my dilemma. We needed Hunter Douglas parts for California shutters in our home and on a whim, I stopped in. Dottie was so nice and helpful. Luckily she had what I was looking for and didn't even charge me.
