I ran a load for this customer from South Carolina to Tennessee. I arrived at the receiver an hour early. once I arrived I was given a door and dropped my at the door and unhooked. time checked in was 9:00 appointment was at ten. They didnt finish until 2:40pm. I call the broker to inform about my detention, he told me to send him the bol. once he received them he refused to pay me any detention. broker got real nasty and kept hanging of the phone in my face. final got his supervisor and told him to pay me the detention.
