I enjoyed a great ride with Covered Bridge Electric Bike. Our group met at the shop at Kent, were each fitted with an appropriate bike and shown how to use the motor (a new experience for me as a long time human powered only bicyclist). The shop owner guided us through scenic back roads, stopping to keep the group together and also for lunch at a gazebo in a nearby state park. The whole day was a fun experience and a wonderful way to learn about riding an ebike!
From start-to-finish, an exceptional experience and customer service from everyone that I interacted with. They have a very friendly and helpful team with a no-pressure sales experience. I went to their Kent location to test ride and purchase an Aventon Aventure.2 ebike using the state's new voucher program.
