I have never purchased anything from this shop. I contacted them about a possible warranty on the motor for a yamaha ebike I purchased out of state, and when I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and explained my issue, he listened and asked a few questions. He diagnosed and explained the most likely cause of my issue, and that it was most likely not the motor. Meg and Rob provided a fun excursion of West Cornwall and surrounding towns. My high school friends and I rented e-bikes half-day. Had a fabulous time despite the windy, rainy and cool weather. Highly recommend!
Meg and Bob and staff were so helpful and patient! They had lots of great-looking bikes. The bikes they rented to us were very intelligent! It would be hard for us to imagine better bikes.
