This was my first e-bike experience and what a treat! My friend and I rented from the West Cornwall location and rented for 1/2 days. The route was perfect, very remote with few cars. A break for lunch, views of the river, falls, farms, cows, and lakes. So fun and so safe! Can’t wait to do this again!
This was a delightfully unplanned part of our day. Happened to see the shop while relaxing by the river bank of the Cornwall Bridge. Asked a few questions and 20 minutes later we were riding. Spencer is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the e-bikes suited for us. My husband has back issues, so Spencer offered two different bikes for him to try, to be sure he was comfortable for the ride. We went to Great Falls and back on a trail that was easy to follow. It was the perfect activity for us. We'll be back for sure!
Great customer service. Spent a lot of time explaining the bike and tour. Beautiful ride along the river. Highly recommend!
