My wife recently discovered a recurring monthly payment to **** ********. Unfortunately, I am a "dummy" and hadn't noticed the payments on my bank account, which went back several years. We had never heard of **** ********. Further research revealed that **** ******** claimed my wife had enrolled me over the phone, including providing my bank account number. This company "sold" my wife a Best Benefits plan, even though we were never aware of it. Turns out they have been charging us every month. We didn't know anything about it, until my wife receive a letter in the mail saying that the plan had changed. When my wife called about it, they were not very friendly. When she asked how we could dispute this, and get our money back they we even less friendly and unhelpful. This is a scam. If you have dental insurance, it gets you nothing. Cancelling is difficult.

Terriable company to do business with,(care free dental ) I canceled 1 hour after realizing didnt need service, also a week later called and verified and was told I was canceled, today check my card and I was charged anyway, noticed many other people have also experienced same problem, my car payment comes off my govt.card, glad I checked, would of ruined my credit, plus late fees.Stay away from doing business with them. Could become very costly.

This is what you would call a "legal scam". They have been taking money from my mother for 10 years over a so called "phone offer". It's a 30 day trial offer for free but even though they have no signature, no recording of her accepting the offer they somehow are able to get monthly payments. I spoke to a rep who told me they had no proof of acceptance and that there has been no activity on the account EVER but too bad so sad she lost her money. SCAM

I found a dentist near me and he told me what he would charge me applying ***** insurance (******** is a re-insurer under *****) and the reductions were significant enough for me to go ahead and sign up. Rudest people ever!!! I would never do business with this company!!!! I called to get information and the customer service rep who answered the phone treated me like a 2 year old!!!!!!!!!
