I had a very frustrating experience with this pest control company. They were hired to treat a roach infestation in our apartment, but the service was not completed. The technician refused to treat our unit due to “visible clutter,” even though we had moved our belongings into the center of the rooms specifically to prepare for treatment. We were following instructions and made the space accessible for the technician. Jose is amazing and we can't appreciate his professionalism enough. He is very knowledgeable, the interaction with him makes me realize just how important it is to have a professional and knowledgeable pest technician. As the last apartment we lived in was a nightmare and no one seemed to care about us reporting the roaches and other bugs.
