We brought in our two Thomasville chairs. The spring clips had broken away from the springs because they were so cheap. Cover all upholstery spent two days repairing the spring clasps for our chairs, which should’ve been done correctly by Thomasville, but they only have a five year warranty on their furniture which I found out about after contacting them.
