Beware!! He did it too me also. Mike ( Hiram Licea) did our shades last year in August. He kept our business credit card on file. I went to use my card February 3 and it declined. I called the bank, they told me coverall blinds charged my card for $2000. I immediately texted mike, he responded his new secretary charged the card by mistake. A few minutes later he texted me back card refunded . I continued to text him to tell him we had overdrafted my account and I have a $35 fee and he never responded again. BEWARE! Mike came to my 90 year old mothers house and gave her a estimate for blind installation, he accepted a 50% deposit of $600 and cannot be found. He does not return phone calls. His business address is for a private residence, we made a trip to his house and was told by his dad that he was not able to reach his son and did not know when he would be returning.
