My father lived at Coventry several years and watched the facility go downhill. As of this date it is dirty and poorly maintained. Management does not give the respect to the residents that they deserve and pay for. On two separate occasions the apartment ceiling leaked water for days. I reported it and the leak continued. I moved furniture, placed plastic and buckets to catch water. At no time did management ever explain, apologize, offer to move furniture, or even clean up. The staff is not attentive. When you first move in it will appear that they are, but after a month or two that care disappears. The marketing director lies during the tour of the facilities. Executive director is worse than the marketing. He lies about what he is going to do. He will say "We will work at improving this" or "I will look into this" but nothing is changed/improved.
