I notice all the glowing reviews and this will be an anomaly. I first chose Chris due to low rates, and an internet search. He tries hard to come off as a nice guy but our experience was not a good one. After building our house we had a couple of invoices not included the construction loan. My wife sent said invoices to Chris via e-mail. The invoices totaled 46,000 dollars. We got to closing and were given a loan amount only to find out two weeks later that our builder had not been paid out of the invoices that we submitted.... read more
