This is a lovely community located acrooss from Lutheran Hospital. Their rehab department is one of the finest in Fort Wayne. I have had and excellent experience with the fine people in the rehab. Highly recommend.
I haven’t seen the place in 2 years. They’ve really updated very impressive. 😀 Clean and inviting. Very accommodating staff.
