Very noisy. Amtrak, FD next door and Gardeners 4 times a week with gasoline engines for several hours. Especially near pool that is heated in only months when not needed.

The staff and maintenance team are kind, professional and are really good at what they do. The maintenance team Willy and Alfonzo are really good people who do really good work!!
Called to inquire about an apartment for my family member and was told they don't rent to anyone not on the affordable housing waitlist. Then I asked how to be added to the waitlist and was told it was only open to residents of Tustin, so essentially they discrimate against anyone who is not a resident of Tustin? Perfect!
