THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGER ARE DISGUSTING. Don’t go, you will regret!
This place is absolutely horrible, dirty, and depressing. As soon as you get in, you feel a nasty heavy atmosphere, looks like it doesn’t have proper cleaning and maintenance, and things feel unhygienic. The very few guys in the venue are really low energy, in a bad mood, not doing anything, and so you will feel the same way after absorbing the environment energy. The receptionist was very rude . Ones I go inside he realised that my payment didn't go true and he just come to the changing room really rude and aggressive to let me know to come back and repay. When I say ill use different card his face was the most grumpy face I ever seen. I decide to cancel and he was even rude !!!!!months ago same one ones I left he return wrong card to me ( as every one give a cart for deposit)
The operations manager, Gaetano "Guy" Fanone, is incredibly rude. I'd only just arrived and went for initial shower when a guy took my towel. I immediately told the reception and asked for a replacement the only help offered was "I didn't take your towel, use your 2nd" When I repeated my request for a towel I got a load of raised voice and shouted down and it was my problem. I asked for my money back and then got a load of "I'm busy and have a bad leg" never again! Eventually the operations manager said he'd refunded my fee ... read more
