Covenant Living in Golden Valley proved to be a true blessing for our family. Following my mother's hospitalization due to substandard attention at a different care facility, we chose to transition her to Covenant Living. Grossly mistreating my mother. Terrible service. Do not bring any of your loved ones here they will wish for death.
My mom has had a very positive experience at Covenant skilled nursing. My loves the nursing student intern, Natasha, as well as staff members April, Muriel, Diana, Cormassa, Chaplin Jim, OT Kelly, and more. Their patience and dedication have helped my mom feel valued, and given her the will to fight through pain and improve her health. I would highly recommend Covenant to anyone in need of skilled nursing care.
In all fairness to Covenant GV, I should not have been released to their transitional care faculty last night, or any night. This should have happened well before midday, but Methodist didn’t get word until after 3 pm of authorization, yet still rammed the process to get me out of the hospital to here. There was misstep, miscommunication, and confusion. However, everyone has been jumping through hoops to get things corrected and organized.
