I have moved here 20 months ago and the only regret I have is that I should have come earlier. The units are comfortable, the other tenants are like family and the food is exceptional.

Not recommended. IF you can get ahold of the realtor there (she never returns calls). Should you actually get in, you get fairy tales. Dinner included in the outrageous HOA fees. They don't tell you if you want an extra entrée, they charge extra! They boast independent living, but if the Administrator thinks you're not up to par, your privacy is impeded upon. Covenant Towers is not as special as it claims. There is no bank there. Service from the management is questionable.
I moved to Covenant Towers four years ago and have never regretted it. The staff provides services such as cleaning the units and servicing the public areas and grounds. The wait staff provides any needed assistance in the dining. The activities department arranges for in-house entertainment as well as provide transportation to shows and dine out events.
