Covenant stated that in addition to getting the insurance company to pay for my required roof replacement, the insurance company would also pay for attorneys fees. This turned out not to be the case. Also Covenant was terrible at returning phone calls, emails, and communicating. At the time of this writing, the roof replacement has been completed, Covenant has not released the funds to the contractor, and I’ve not been able to get a callback from Covenant to close out this claim that started over 2 years ago.
