Covenant House is a warm and welcoming aged care and respite home. The owner/manager is so kind and truly cares for both residents and staff, creating a safe, comfortable, family-like environment.
I cannot speak highly enough of Convenant house From the moment we visited, it was clear this facility is built around genuine care, dignity, and respect for its residents. The staff are incredibly compassionate, professional, and attentive. They treat every resident like family and go above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and happiness.
Covenant House is one of those rare places where you instantly feel a sense of warmth and community. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that the management team truly cares—not just about ticking boxes, but about the wellbeing and happiness of every resident. Extremely rude staff that hang up in your face without even waiting to find out why you are ringing.
A relative of mine has been living at Covenant House on respite care for a while now, and I've gotta say, it's been fantastic for her. They have plenty of activities to keep her engaged. The facility is always clean and the food's great. The staff are really friendly as they genuinely care about everyone's wellbeing. It feels like a big family here. It's a big relief to know my loved one is in good hands. Five stars all the way!
