Lab opens up at 6am. Signage everywhere says 8am. Walked in at 6am, walked through parts of the building that felt private, walked out. Returned and walked straight into a blood draw room and found a staff member. I asked if there was someone to check me in and was told I walked past 2 kiosks. NOT SORRY, IM NOT A KIOSK AND I DONT GO TO HUMAN BUSINESSES LOOKING TO MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH A KIOSK. The staff were great though after the kiosk.
Rude workers
Highly DONT recommend coming to this facility. The staff are rude and short with you. If you make an appointment like THEY SUGGEST it doesn’t matter an APPOINTMENT is IRRELEVANT. I had a scheduled appointment at 8 (over a 2 hour wait to be seen for the Nurse Practitioner ) and they proceeded to tell me it didn’t matter everyone else was a walk in and signed in before me so i’d have to wait till they were ALL seen.
Staff are Phenomenal I was Helped by a kind Employee name David. David welcomed me in and Greeted me politely, he explained each step thoroughly. Very nice young man. Continue to have this positive energy and awesome personality.!
Slow, doesn’t care about patients.
