Extremly friendly atmosphere chaz was very helpful and knowledgeable
I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for over 15 years, consistently receiving excellent service for multiple bikes. That’s why I was genuinely shocked when I recently called about repairing a mechanical issue and was told, bluntly, “I won’t touch it.” There was no explanation, no attempt at discussion, and no acknowledgment of a long-standing customer relationship. Great service
I brought my son's bike in without an appointment, and Chaz was incredibly helpful! He quickly swapped out the brake pads and straightened the rear derailleur in no time. Thanks Chaz! Your tips and insights are greatly appreciated. We'll be back!
