I booked a load with this company through (Ian Scarborough) my truck arrived at facility to hook trailer. No trailer was available, no one communicated with me and still no load. I lost time and money! Be aware of this company !!!! I’m not the only one has had this problem!
Very disappointing experience with Covar Transortation . I had booked 2 loads with supposed 11AM and 1PM delivery appointments, which turned out to be false. When my trucks arrived there they told them that the first appointment was for 1PM, the second for 7PM. However the first truck didn’t get unloaded until 11 PM, the second one at 8AM the following day Despite the extremely long delay, they only offered to pay $150 layover per truck for the lost day, which is far from fair compensation. I have worked with this Broker for the past few months. Alyssa has been responsive and considerate. She has always been highly professional and ensures streamlined communication despite certain unexpected situations we have encountered. Just yesterday, we experienced some rerouting issues and she was able to compensate us. Overall, they’re a reliable Brokerage team to work for.
