This branch lost the title for my vehicle that I financed with them after never titling the car in my name. I initially leased the vehicle, so the title was in the leasing company's name. My car was totaled on December 24, 2023 and my insurance payout has been held up for more than a year thanks to CoVantage. Loan reps Michelle and Brittany were WONDERFUL in helping me secure a cash out refinancing with my home loan. I am so very very grateful! You have always been there when I needed you! The only thing different I would have done is all accounts not with CoVantage I would have let me pay because it took like 8-10 business days for 2 of the credit cards to process and then interest accrued each day I had a very small $30 & $3 some difference to pay but it just would have been nice to have it all done the day the loan papers were... read more
I just moved to the area & needed a bank & boy...did I pick a "winner" with CoVantage. What a great first experience here & I'm glad my neighbor recommended them. I was helped by Ally here and she was absolutely amazing at her job!! I came in to open a checking & savings account. I was in & out in in what seemed like 15min.
