I was in Co-vantage today waiting probably 45 minutes, which was fine because I was early. I watched the lady behind the counter named Courtney put up with such crap with four back-to-back people.!!! One was so rude he sat down next to me and I made a comment that she needs to be treated nice she’s been busting her butt the bank was so busy. I want buy down the principle on my car loan monthy thru ACH, CoVantage says no. I am also wondering why it takes so long for then to update credit history and reflect it in their credit score, which by the way seems to be much lower than anyone reporting my score and your postings are so slow. Not sure how offten you batch daily ?
