Paid $70 to have my engagement dress taken in and the job was awful. They didn’t call me when it was ready, I had to chase them down. When I finally picked it up, they told me I didn’t need to try it on—got home and it was way too tight, unflattering, and not what I asked for. No apology, no accountability. Super disappointed and will never go back.
