We sold land to a couple near Eastman. The couple that bought our land used this notary. We live in Montreal so I asked their notary, Christina Gagnon, if we could just sign online (we've done this before when purchasing land pretty easily). She said we could for a fee of $300. We decided to make the 1.5 hour drive out to their office in order to sign the paperwork and save $300.
