Absolutely fantastic service❤️ my dress was originally over the shoulders and Lorraine (so sorry if the name is wrong) was fantastic. She made the alterations even better than I thought they would be. 100% recommend!
I took my wedding dress to Lorraine and it needed a lot doing to it! She did a fantastic job and made me feel so calm throughout the whole experience. My dress is perfect and I am so glad it was left in Lorraine’s skilled hands. I had a lot of alterations which were very reasonably priced, I would 100% recommend! Lorraine is kind and helpful, you can be totally honest about what you need and she will make sure you don’t leave until you’re happy . Thank you Lorraine! x
Lorraine was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. I had only found the right dress for my vow renewal in Spain just a few weeks prior to the event in August this year. It needed a couple of adjustments, Lorraine was very helpful, understanding and did a great job - very promptly - to ease my stress! She made sure I tried the dress on when I collected it to make sure I was happy. Thank you Lorraine I felt a million dollars on the day !
This lady is a genius at what she does and with over 40 years experience she certainly knows what she's talking about. She made my wedding dress from scratch and its on the pictures...I felt like a princess and its all thanks to her. Her kindness and consideration is above and beyond. Those that are putting negative reviews on clearly do not listen to an expert. Ladies if you want to feel like a princess put your faith in this lady she's amazing
Took my dress to Lorraine for alterations in a few places , she was very kind to fit me in as I’m just to ‘chilled out’ and only got in touch with her 4 weeks before the big day. Very professional as soon as I had the dress fitting (before the alterations) I knew the dress was in safe hands, she is completely honest and gave me some pointers on alterations and the dress came out even better.
