I love the hair products the spa sells. I don't live close enough to the business to go in person and purchase them. I've previously ordered supplies from them and had no issue receiving them promptly. I placed an online order on 3/6 and immediately received an automated confirmation email, the order status indicated it was "awaiting processing".
