I ordered my dress only a week ago expecting it to arrive in 2 or 3 weeks as I know oftentimes these need to be made as stock isn't kept for everything. I was impressed to receive a personal e-mail the very next day with a tracking number and when the dress would be shipped. Great customer service, The original dress I ordered was too small (my fault - should have confirmed measurements), anyway Cousin's immediately sent out a new one. It arrived two days later and it looks and feels great. Very nice quality and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!
