My dad was there(in a walker with some vascular dementia, which they knew about when he was moved there apparently taking him in for the money bc the place is not safe for this type of patient) and they let him wander off the grounds then fell and hit his head. A person (not from the facility) found him unconscious and called 911 He was taken to hospital with a brain bleed among other injuries. He then had to be placed in a nursing home (where he eventually passed away) bc the injuries to his brain made it impossible for him... read more

DONOT PUT ANY LOVED ONE IN THAT "DEATH HOLE"..... ITS NOT A CARING PLACE AT ALL....ITS OWNED BY SOME UNCARING, MONEY HUNGRY, PRIVATE ENTITY 'MAGGOTS'.....THEY ONLY PUSH PILLS, LIE 100%OF THE TIME ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE. I NEVER AGREED TO HAVE MY DAD PLACE ANYWHERE AS WHAT WAS AGREED UPON KNOWING FULL WELL NOT ONE "HOME" GIVES A HOOT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR LOVED ONE.
