The previous report (5years old) is completely out of date and totally inaccurate. My husband is a stroke patient. He recuperated after the first and we went home for a year. Then, tragically, he had another stroke and requires skilled nursing rehabilitation. This is the very best place in our area. THE NAME OF THIS PLACE IS STONE CREEK HEALTH AND REHABILITATION not Courtyard any lionger. Please correct this on your maps
This place was bought out by a new company and is now called "StoneCreek Health and Rehabilitation". In fact, this living center has changed hands 3 times in the last few years. They're horribly understaffed, awful to their employees, awful food, the nurses do not help answer call lights, so if a CNA is busy, your loved one may be out of luck, especially since the CNA's gripe and moan about having to answer a call light that "belongs to someone else."
