Claim to Specialize in Behavioral Care is a Sham! They claim to specialize in behavioral care, but beware! It consists of having their on-call doctor (Theodore Ruza) prescribe unwarranted anti-psychotic medications that the FDA warns can be fatal for elderly dementia patients, and will turn your loved one into a zombie. If you want better, look elsewhere, and read the following before you make your choice:
