I have only the very best to say about Mr.Todd Herter, his assistants Tristan and Carol and receptionist Lori .They are very professional , efficient and they really care about their clients. They make you feel so comfortable in their presence and are also very kind humans. I recommend them one hundred percent!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This firm lacks basic organization. Is terrible at communicating and is without a doubt the worst process imaginable. They do anything for an extra charge. I had a 3 month window for a small amount of paper work. It took 15 months to do a very simple common law agreement. I waited 7 months for a phone call after calling in 20 plus times and a multitude of emails. Then was threatened with interest charges for not paying my bill.
