Better experience than I could have had. Personal family friend passed away and the staff contemplated out loud bringing them out through the trash area, not reserved when it comes to disrespecting the dead, the only reason this post is higher than 1 star is because they allowed me to take him away through the emergency exit instead as a last ditch effort to get him out of there not very pleased and would recommend other places if you are wondering
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was good! Tenants friendly as well. This place is very nice!
The presentation and outreach is excellent. The tour was friendly and casual. Marketing materials are very detailed and pleasantly presented. Maryam was very receptive to constructive feedback and input. Excellent.
He needed a home, a community, care, respect/dignity; my vulnerable friend had lost his hearing and communication ability, was an introverted man who had no close family, experienced serious health changes, was evicted unfairly and didn't know where to turn.
