A wonderful blend of relaxation and targeted bodywork. Courtney honed in on my trigger points and offered a beautiful variance of deeply specific work as well as restorative neuro-regulatory focuses. I left feeling pleased, more relaxed, more mobile & tension free. Yet I’d say the most important part was that I felt safe in her care and with her touch.
