Doug is 5 stars all around! He was suggested to us by our agent, Jennifer Elphick, and we could not be happier. He has been super communicative, thorough, and responsive. Whenever something changes he calls with a clear explanation of what it means. For us, the changes being made were always positive! Folks who do what is right for the customer isn't as common as you'd think anymore. Highly suggest you work with them, we would again.

Excellent service! Motto stepped into an existing process that got hung up due to errors in documentation on the house. They got things up and going immediately, resolving the situation and getting us to settlement.

Damian Jorss is the best loan officer around. He years of experience and understanding of his business was extremely helpful as the rates have gone up. He advice was helpful and appreciated.
