Courtney was highly informative and detailed throughout the entire loan process. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated her tenacity, and follow up with all third parties involved. She eased my anxieties and frustrations, and was always ready to jump to the next step (BUT this does not come without doing one’s own part to submit required items in a timely manner). I cannot thank her enough for her diligence.
